Frustrating experience. My ex and I were in total agreement on child support, but Judge Leach refused to sign off on our waiver. It felt like he was just looking for a reason to interfere with our private agreement.

Felt like he had already made up his mind before we walked in. He was polite enough, but he didn’t seem interested in the details of the financial discrepancy we brought up. Disappointed in the lack of attention to the actual evidence.

Judge Leach was very professional throughout our hearing. He actually listened to my concerns about the parenting schedule and didn't just rubber-stamp the GAL's recommendation. He seemed to value civility in the courtroom.
